Treasure!

A gift from Hekuni Cat, thank you so much! The rats are in heaven.

Treasure, most rich! A giant jar of Nutella, a bag of buttons, straws, bubble wrap, a new box and wrapping paper, oh my.

  1. I kept expecting a picture labelled, “[Last-coming rat] finds the Nutella”, with just the hind legs and tail sticking out of the mouth of the jar.
    :D

  2. Thank you for posting these. I’m very happy they are enjoying themselves. I’m also happy to hear that the bubble wrap was a hit. It was definitely a last minute sort of thing: I found it when I was looking for a mailing box. :)

  3. Thank you! The rats have been having non-stop fun. They adore their new box (it’s on the desk) and they are getting new paper every day, it’s almost more than they can stand. Of course, the giant jar of Nutella is there to calm them down. Sort of. :D

  4. Bubble wrap should be included in every present ever.
They are all adorable as usual, but I love that last photo of Agnes.

  5. Bubble wrap is a good thing. Heh, the photo of Agnes is my favourite, too. She always looks so vulnerable and sweet, and manages this air of successfully sneaking a treat, as though it was this major operation.
