Ratmas Comes Early!

Thank you so much, A! The rats are in awe of the giant jar of Nutella and straws are always welcome.

  1. The picture of Artemis and Theo attempting to unhinge their jaws for more Nutella may be one of my favorite rat pictures ever.

  2. :D Thank you. Artemis has been attacking that jar of Nutella every day. Now that the level is down a bit, she does a pull-up to get to it, hanging off the jar. I have to get a picture of that.

  3. You’re welcome, Caine! These pictures are simply splendid. Thank you, thank you for posting them. I’m very happy that the Nutella is such a hit. I would love to see a picture of Artemis doing a pull-up while hanging off the jar. Since the ratties liked the box too, practically nothing went to waste.

  4. So very sweet, thank you again. Oh, I wish you could have seen all the reactions to the giant jar of Nutella – they were circling it like the apes circled the monolith in 2001: A Space Odyssey. :D I’ll do my best to get a pic of Artemis. Nothing did go to waste. They love the box everything came in (which is now full of straws to kill) and they’ve been happily chewing on the straw boxes. I’m not allowed to throw away empty Nutella jars, either. They drag them off to their treasure heaps.

I *heart* this description! I can see it in my mind’s eye so very clearly.
